LEAD SCHOOL

Karis Church is passionate about developing christian leaders and we believe that training is best done in the context of the local church.

Lead School is a leadership development program best suited for those desiring to serve in lay church leadership and to develop further spiritually. It’s also suited for those interested in but unable to commit to the full Karis Internship. This year, men and women in Karis Church’s Lead School will study 50 Core Truths of the Christian Faith in small cohorts. They will also come together once a month for a theology and ministry discussion with a Karis Church leader. While in Lead School, students will also have the option to gain leadership experience through a ministry service area and accompanying project, while being shepherded by Karis Church elders. Lead School begins each Fall and is a commitment of a few hours per week for one school year, and it is open to current Karis members.
