Join us for Women's Katalyst
Do you ever find yourself so busy with the motions of every day that when you look up, it's like coming up from a fog? It’s so easy to get bogged down in the seasons of life and think to yourself:
"I’ll be more hospitable when I have a spouse to share my home with."
"I’ll make time for my neighbors when the kids are a little older."
"I'll serve my community when I finish this semester"
"I'll talk to my friends about Jesus when this hard trial ends."
We have excuses for everything. But what do we do when God wakes us up from the fog? How do we respond when God pulls back the veil over our excuses and shows us that now is just as good a time as any to be faithful? And how do we redeem the days that seem too short, too busy and too complicated to devote to God's call?
Will you join us for Women's Katalyst on February 29th at 9am for "Redeeming Our Days"? Katalyst is a quarterly women's event at Karis Church that is open to adult women and teen girls from all walks of life. "Redeeming Our Days" will be taught by Karis member Sarah Hixon, and will include musical worship, time for fellowship and prayer with your sisters as well as a potluck brunch. We hope that you will invite a friend and join us for this time of gospel-centered teaching that is practical and relevant to women in their individual contexts.
