Karis Kids Reopening: Up to Age 6!
After a long season of socially-distant Sunday gatherings, we can’t wait to welcome MORE of our children back into Karis Kids beginning Sunday, July 4th! Keep reading for some quick tips on what to expect.
Karis Kids will now be open for children 3 months - 6 years old. In order to open the rest of our classrooms to our elementary aged children, we need more volunteers willing to serve. Email info@karischurch.org if you can start volunteering!
Parents will be texted for all child bathroom breaks and diaper changes, so make sure your contact information is up to date in the Church Center app.
As for safety, both volunteers in each classroom will be required to wear a face mask (face masks not required for children). Classrooms will be sanitized before and after, and we ask if there are any signs of sickness that you do not attend that day. In order to minimize contacts, parents may not remain in the classroom and volunteers and children will remain in the same classroom throughout the Gathering.
Classrooms are first come, first served, as each classroom will be capped at a certain capacity. Check-in begins at 9:45 AM and children 2 and under can be dropped off immediately, while children older than 2 can be dropped off after joining us for musical worship (as of July 11th).
We can’t wait to see more Karis Kids classrooms open again! Join us on July 4th!
