Karis Community Church seeks to be a gospel community on mission in Columbia's downtown "District." We're all about the gospel: Christ's perfect life, death, and resurrection that rescues us from sin and points forward to His final restoration of all things. We're all about community: Christ's people, His church, who dwell together in love, applying that gospel to one another. We're all about mission: Christ's community taking that gospel message in love to the city and to the world through word and deed. Worship Gatherings

Karis gathers each Sunday at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the historic Tiger Hotel downtown. We sing historic and modern hymns, hear God's word proclaimed in a challenging, yet relevant, manner, read Scripture corporately, as well as other confessions of the Church, and gather around the Lord's table, celebrating His gospel. Karis Kids takes place, as well, during that time, offering care and instruction for children from childbirth up to fifth grade. Email Rob Gaskin for more information. Come as you are. Community Groups

Karis gathers additionally in Community Groups, small groups of people who gather to eat together, study God's word together, pray together, and partner in mission. C-Groups take place on Monday-Thursday nights in Karis member homes, and new nights are added regularly. Each group has a unique Shalom mission, where the groups serves our city in the name of Christ. Email Rob Gaskin for more information.
