Leadership
Karis is led by a plurality of elders (or pastors) and deacons who are gifted in,
and have the character for, leading and teaching (elders) and serving (deacons).
Christ is the head of Karis, but biblically, He entrusts His church to the leadership
of a faithful, committed few.
